In just one month, we’ll be boarding our flight to Japan for the World Expo 2025 in Osaka — with business and cultural stops in Tokyo and Kyoto along the way.
Our students have been preparing like crazy — not just learning about Japanese business and culture, but learning the language together, teaching each other, and even trying their hand at reading and writing Hiragana.
As part of their cultural preparation, we recently took the class to see the Yamato Drummers of Japan perform live in Basel. From the booming drums to the energy and precision of the performers, it was a powerful reminder of the creativity, discipline, and teamwork that define so much of Japanese culture.
We couldn’t be prouder of our students — they’re putting in the work, pushing themselves out of their comfort zones, and building the cultural awareness they’ll need to make the most of this once-in-a-lifetime learning experience.
One month to go… and we’re ready! 🇯🇵
